Ingredients
1 head cauliflower (grated)
1 head broccoli (grated)
1 egg
1/2 onion (diced)
2 cloves garlic
chili flakes
2 tablespoon coconut oil (I used rice bran oil)
Heaps of other veggies (caapsicum, carrot, zuchini, whatever you feel like or have on hand!)Instructions
- In a pan on medium heat add coconut oil, chili flakes and garlic.
- When hot add the egg so it’s scrambled.
- Throw in all the vegies and cook until you’re happy with the texture of the vegetables.
Easy!
