Completely Clean Fried Rice

Ingredients

1 head cauliflower (grated)
1 head broccoli (grated)
1 egg 
1/2 onion (diced)
2 cloves garlic
chili flakes
2 tablespoon coconut oil (I used rice bran oil)
Heaps of other veggies (caapsicum, carrot, zuchini, whatever you feel like or have on hand!)

Instructions

  1. In a pan on medium heat add coconut oil, chili flakes and garlic.
  2. When hot add the egg so it’s scrambled.
  3. Throw in all the vegies and cook until you’re happy with the texture of the vegetables.

Easy!
